FDP Brake Products Named Primary Supplier to the Automotive Distribution Network

Tappahannock, Virginia March 3, 2009

FDP Brake Products of Tappahannock, Virginia announced it has been selected as a Primary Supplier to the Automotive Distribution Network, Headquartered in Germantown, TN of selected brake products. FDP will supply the AutoSaver brand of disc brake pads and the Parts Plus brand of brake shoes.

FDP has been a basic manufacturer of friction materials since 1969. FDP Friction Science has announced that they are first in the aftermarket to offer emergency parking brake shoes for the 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee, 2010 Subaru Legacy, and a host of 2011 BMW models. In addition to parking brake shoes, FDP has added part number D1506, front disc brake pads for a 2011 Honda Accord, to its product line. According to the company’s Brand Manager, John Carney, “FDP is obsessive about offering our customers late model coverage before the competition, and this just proves it.”
